Condition starts with visible wear, but it also includes completeness, odor, structural integrity, and whether flaws are easy to photograph and explain.
What we separate
We keep condition grade, condition notes, and defect notes separate so a buyer can understand both the overall tier and the specific reasons behind it.
Why it matters
Clear grading reduces returns and makes resale inventory easier to compare across one-of-one items.
